My lovely flat mate is moving out so her room is available as of 8 November.
You will be living with two young professionals (we're very nice, clean girls).
We have a nice kitchen/living area and two bathrooms.
The flat is unfurnished but we already have a sofa and all the kitchen essentials.
Including bills it comes to around £500 a month. Our bills are paid quarterly so this could vary.
Security deposit is £600 + a months rent. You will be starting a new contract so there are some agency fees as well (around £165, grr).
