There is free parking on the street but no allocated spaces so occasionally may need to park in adjacent streets. 5 minute walk from bus stop to town and Universities, 5 minutes from The Level and Queen's Park, 10 minutes walk from London Road, Kemp Town and Lewes Road shops. There are lots of food shops nearby or you can get in on my Waitrose deliveries. :)
