Double bedroom available
Hi, I currently live in a one bedroom flat which consists of a living room, bedroom and kitchen, the bathroom and toilet facilities are shared by the flat next door, so basically the double room will be available to live in ( shown in the picture)
I have a private landlord and he is fully aware of the sublet, you would only need show him ID and the rent and bills will be paid to me.
I am fairly new to Brighton after relocating so i saw this as a good idea in meeting new people and making friends, so ideally I would obviously like somebody who I am likely to get on with!!
It would be £450 a month all in.
The flat itself isnt excatly the most modern but I am free to do what i like with it!
Also, I have a house cat, so you would hve to accept her otherwise it wouldnt work! :)
I am a gay woman (27) and would ideally like to share with another female.(English preferred)
Any questions feel free to ask.
Cheers,
Stacey
