There is also a good sized lounge with a giant comfy sofa, large plasma tv, with Sky and a dining table and chairs.

The rent includes all bills, including fast broadband and SKY TV. There is also a communal roof terrace and laundry room available in the building. Deposit and references will be required.

Centrally located: 10 minute walk to Churchill Square, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants available within a short walk and off course, the sea is just across the street. If you need to commute, the no. 6 bus takes you directly to Brighton station, or its a 20 minute walk, if you have the time. Easy, direct buses to all parts of the city.

Would suite a professional person or possibly a mature student. No smoking in the flat I'm afraid.
