Big'n'Lovely attic room with a private balcony!

Hi and thanks for looking at my listing!

The room is very, very spacious, covering the entire floor plan of the house, and is fully-furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, two chests of drawers, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a desk, a couple of armchairs, a coffee table, a regular chair, etc.
It has a private balcony with a stunning view. The balcony is furnished with patio table and chairs, and a hammock. There are also numerous shelves.
Sadly we do not have a living room, but our kitchen is modern and well appointed. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower, as well as everything else you'd expect from a bathroom. We are clean and tidy people, and expect the same from potential flatmates.

We're looking for a (preferably) female or female-presenting person to live with us.
Open-mindedness is treasured, as our lifestyle(s) can be a little unorthodox. For instance, we would like somebody who is aware and non-judgemental of BDSM (we are most definitely not looking for somebody to engage in a BDSM lifestyle with any of us, we just don't want to be judged for it in our own home.)
Smoking (cigarettes) is fine but we are very anti-drugs.
