Available from 25th November till 18th February but will accept a little less time if required.

Super cheap price for the right applicant of £200 per week which we will collect in person. A refundable deposit of £300 will also be required. This flat was renting out for £1, 000 per month

All bills including council tax are extra and to be placed in tenants name and will be the tenants responsibility.

References will be followed up but not like letting agency checks. I just need to be sure you are "good" and "honourable" persons who will look after the property over the period and leave at the contracted time so evidence of income or sufficient funds to cover the rent. Any relevant history will also be checked but I'll be interviewing personally so you can fill in any gaps in person.
