Hey guys,
We are looking for 1 flat mate to move into our 6-bedroom house just off London Road.

About us:
We are a group of 5 international, young professionals, 4 guys and one girl in our mid/late 20’s and early 30’s looking for one more flat mate, preferably a GIRL.

About the house:
It is a 6 bedroom house on Clyde Road, just after the Duke of York Picture House, super close to lots of pubs, the centre, London Road (station) and Brighton Station.
The rent is 95£ per week per person, excluding utility bills (~25£ per person per month) and finally council taxes (~22£ per person per month). The room is half-furnished and rather small, as it is a single room, but it does come with a double bed.
There are two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a quite spacious kitchen and the lounge to share with us. In the back of the house, there is a small outside area just big enough for all of us to have BBQ’s and enjoy the sun :)
