Looking For Two Awesome Housemates To Complete Our Houseshare!

We are 3 working professionals and have secured this incredible house on Elm Grove. It is a spacious 5 bed end of terrace period house - the photos do not do it justice at all, it's a lot less 'old lady' looking then it might appear PLUS we have been told that we have a lot of freedom when it comes to decoration so we are planning a painting party!

THE HOUSE:

The house is close to Queens Park and there are local shops found all down Elm Grove and more extensively on Lewes Rd where you can find a large Sainsbury's & Morrisons.

The house has a lot of quirky period features and comprises of: 28' living room, large kitchen/diner, wood-panelled conservatory, large utility room, downstairs shower room, 5 large double bedrooms, bathroom and a tiny little room that leads onto the balcony. There is a very large rear, south facing garden and detached garage. From the front of the house there is the most incredible view of the valley and the downs!

US:

We are a lively and sociable bunch of cats. We're aged 19, 25 and 26, all working professionals in Brighton.

We enjoy a wide range of activities including but not limited to: listening to music, playing music, watching films, cooking amazing meals together, climbing trees, painting, drinking coffee, drinking beer, drinking wine, debating politics, attending gigs, feeding birds, grasplukken, reading books, swimming in the sea, playing football, dancing and yoga.

In addition to this we are all side-splittingly hilarious and absolutely fascinating.

YOU:

Although we obviously all need our own space and privacy we would really love this house to have a proper friendly vibe, where we can spend time cooking together or watching a film or putting the world to rights over a bottle (or three) of wine.

We're all very sociable and work varied hours so don't necessarily feel the need to keep the house super quiet during the week and are keen to throw many dinner parties but will of course be respectful of each other's schedules.
