We are three girls looking for someone to join us in our lovely, spacious house on a beautiful street just off Western Road in Brighton.
The room available is a large double room on the ground floor. It has a large bay window, original floor boards, gorgeous feature fireplace and high ceiling. It is unfurnished, however it does have curtains and a rail fitting for clothes storage.
We are young professionals who enjoy going to the pub, chatting or just hanging out with a film. We are looking for someone sociable and fun, who would like to get to know us and be a friend as well as a housemate! We looking for a professional aged between 23-33.
The room is available from December 20th (can be flexible). Bills are not included and are on average £50 on top. The deposit is £553. 75.
The house is superbly located 5 mins from Churchill square and the sea.
