Live-in landlord (sort of), 29 y/o male professional Engineer, working in Crawley. Sociable and clean, but not perfectly tidy. I smoke, but not inside.
No issue with shift workers, as long as respect goes both ways.
No students, DSS, pets, couples or murderers. Vegans ok, as long as you're ok with the almost perpetual consumption of tasty, tasty animals.
