Light and airy double room in central Brighton flat just off Dyke road next to Booth museum. 5 mins walk to seven dials, 17-20 mins walk to Brighton station / town centre. Just opposite Dyke Road park coffee house and tennis courts. One parking permit available on first come basis. Please note, this is a double room with share of kitchen and bathroom only. There is no shared living area.

For single occupancy: £500 per month.

For double occupancy: £650 per month.

Deposit: £600

The flat is non-smoking and pet free. There is off street parking if required (first come first serve) and a visitor's permit.

Currently you would be sharing with the live in landlord, Ivan, and one other lodger, Natalya. Both very laid back, sociable and easy to live with. Clean, respectful and on the whole quiet.

The landlord will charge a maximum of £50. 00 (per person) in fees for this property, to cover the following:
