Double Room Available in four bedroom end of terrace house in the North Laine.

Three floored period house right in the heart of the North Laine. The house itself is fully furnished with a newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath. Newly fitted open plan kitchen to a furnished living room complete with a dining room table. We also have a little roof terrace and a small patio area.

The room is unfurnished. However it can come with a bed, mattress and shelving if required.

The rent is £400 PCM, not including bills. (One and a half month's rent deposit will be required).

Room is available ASAP however it must be filled by the 15/1/15.

We are looking from someone of a similar age to live with us.

We're a friendly bunch who like to cook together, go out together, drink together and entertain together. We want someone to be a friend rather than a come-and-go house mate. We do like to have our friends round and have the occasional party but we also appreciate a relaxed environment.

The room will be offered to a fun, friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys socialising, cooking, drinking and doesn't mind smoking.
