Large Double room 1 min from Preston Park Station

Hello,

I have a newly decorated very large bright and sunny double room for rent. It is currently furnished with a bed and a table.
The flat is on the 3rd floor of the building so has amazing view and sunsets. It is very bright and spacious. There is a brand new kitchen, newly installed double glazed windows and central heating. There is a large living room with sofas and a dining table. There is also a HUGE shared garden which is perfect for bbqs, garden parties and growing vegetables.

Sharing with myself, I am 33 years old and work as an Ecologist. I usually work Monday-Friday 9-5 mostly in Worthing but occasionally from home. I like to chill out during the week, sometimes having friends over for dinner etc. I spend almost every other weekend with my boyfriend who lives in Guildford. I would be happy to live with a male or female, aged 30 plus, who is chilled but friendly and sociable. I would like to find someone super to share my happy home. I would also consider a shorter term let.
Rent is £550 per month, bills including internet, phone, gas, water electric, council tax etc are around £100.
