Hallo there… I have a fabulous double room, for rent (for single occupancy) Monday to Friday , in my lovely home in seven dials, a 10 minute walk to central Brighton Station/City Centre/Sea front. I am looking for female/male lodger who works full time and needs a base whilst working in the area (ideally working Mon – Friday 9 – 5ish). Age ideally 22+.

The house is well furnished, warm and well decorated, clean and tidy with all mod cons, separate toilet and bathroom.
The rent includes bills, water/electricity/gas/virgin Wifi/Netflix/Amazon Prime.
