Spacious single room with great view in great location

Hi there!

We have a light and spacious single room available in our 4 bedroom house (on the top floor) on Queens Park Road in the Elm Grove/Hanover area. It has a great view, and comes fully furnished. We are getting a new kitchen put in, and the flat already has a lovely bathroom. There is a bus stop literally by our front door with direct routes to town, universities and the marina. The land lady is very reliable and responsible.

We have been living here for a year already, and due to a flatmate moving out in July at the end of our contract, we have to find a new tenant by Saturday 24th Jan 2015 to take his place (before the house is re-advertised by the landlady for next year). We really don't want to lose the house, and the land lady is giving us a reduced fee of £105 per week because we have already been with her a year, so it really is a bargain! The room is therefore available for 1 academic year, between August 2015 and July 2016.

You would be living with three genuine girls, all aged 20. Two of us are at Sussex studying geography and psychology, and will be in our third and final year, the other is at Brighton Uni studying Architecture and will be in her 2nd year.
