Awesome Place In Hanover!

Hello!

Sad times, our excellent housemate is leaving us in February to move in with her boyfriend. Which means we need to find somebody else to join our little Hanover crew. So, here goes:

You will be sharing with three awesome postgrad students, all in our 20's. We're super nice people! I know I know, EVERYBODY says that, but it's actually true :)

I guess we're aiming for a 'family' vibe in the house. We all work really hard on our courses, but We try our best to spend time together, do the odd house meal, film night, go out etc.. It's hard to fit in all the time, but we definitely try to live in a 'home' rather than just a house.

The house itself is very nice, furnished with all the standard stuff (including a dishwasher!). There are good bus links to uni just down the road, and it's only a short walk into town.

For a new housemate we just want somebody who is kind and easy-going, preferably gay-friendly and generally open-minded. Plus respectful of the house, clean/tidy, pays their share of the bills etc.. We are slightly preferring girls just to keep the balance (currently two guys and one girl), but it's more about finding the right person for us :)

You don't necessarily have to be a student, but there may be issues with council tax if you are not (I know, I think it's a stupid system as well!).
