Amazing double room, flat & location - great price

Hi,

We would like to find someone lovely to fill a gap in our wonderfully airy, light, spacious flat as of the 1st of March since our housemate is moving away.

The flat is on an excellent location (6-7 min walk to churchill square)and has two floors; the bedroom available being on the bottom floor, semi-furnished, with an en-suite shower, WC, and two sinks. We've all got en-suites so no worries, we don't have to share yours. The top floor has a large sitting and dining area with high ceilings, a small kitchen (sorry no room for a dishwasher) and one further bedroom. If you're chilling out on the balcony/roof terrace area like we like to do when it's sunny, it's just blissful and you can even see a bit of the sea from the deck chairs!

You'd be sharing with one girl and one boy, paying £400 for the rent and about £125 for bills (tv/gas/water/electr/internet/ council tax) per calendar month. Please also consider agency administration expenses (£250) and one and a half month's deposit. References will also be required by the agency

Let us know if you'd like to come and see our flat. Viewings can be made Monday-Friday after 20. 00pm and during the weekends, depending when we are here. Please note only professionals will be considered.
