Room available for a female tenant in the popular area of Hanover with lots of local pubs and easy access to the city centre/ seafront either walking (15/20 mins) or bus from Elm Grove or Queens Park Road. .Brighton Train station also 15/20 mins walk and free street parking available.
House is nicely furnished and being a live in landlord, it means that it is always well looked after. I'm clean and tidy and would like potential room mates to also be considerate however am not overly fastidious that you don't feel like you're not at home.
Am happy to be sociable or let you have your own space.
I'm available for viewings Sat (14th) afternoon, all day Sunday and weekday evenings.
