Large Double Room Available on Lewes Road

Room available in a house right on Lewes road, on the Brighton side of Sainsburys.
There were 5 of us, but since one of us has decided to take a gap year, we're down to three girls and one boy in a house with 5 bedrooms. There are at least 3 takeaways across the road primed for drunken/lazy consumption and it's literally a 10 second walk to the bus stop or a panicked 5 second run. Strangely it is incredibly quiet in the house despite being on Lewes road.

The house is semi detached and has two bathrooms, both with a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all one huge, cool room that is furnished generously with 3 sofas and a dinner table. The kitchen has all the needed equipment, ample cupboard space and a big fridge, as well as an oven and hob.
The bedroom available comes with a desk, drawers, a double bed and a view onto Lewes road. It is on the top floor and is the biggest room in the house. In fact, everything (including the prior mentioned room) is generously proportioned due to it being the ex-headquarters of the British Labor Party so each room is at least medium office sized; finally politics kind of benefits students again. Also there is a small garden out back that should serve as a solace if you find us too irritating.
It's £110. 25 a week.
