Central Brighton room- A couple preferred
Amazing modern two- bedroom apartment right above the restaurant Donatellos in the centre of Brighton- south lanes (google map it if you don't know where it is). Completely furnished, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, very large living room and kitchen. The agency renting the property are so helpful. Room is available 19th March 2015 (if you need it a few days before, we can arrange something)
Currently there are 3 people living here in a 2 bedroom, but the apartment is large so there is enough room for more. I am looking for a couple to move in, so the rent will be cheaper- so for this couple they would only pay 450 each a month and 350 each deposit. You would also have your own bathroom, with a bath and shower in it. You would have much more room here than renting a one bedroom apartment for this price, so its quite a good deal.
I'm a young professional, recently graduated from university and working in accounting now. I just want to meet some new great people and have fun in Brighton!
