Nice double room just off Lewes Road near the Level available beginning of feb. Close to both unis, train stations and lots of busses.
Currently living here are two people - one an ESL teacher and one a Musician. We are ideally looking for someone fun and easy to get along with but who is not wanting to live in a constant party house.
Bonus points if you are vegetarian but this is not a requirement :)
The rent is £400 a month (not including bills). One month rent as deposit and no agency fees.
