We will be four third year and one second year students (three boys, two girls) living in this seven bedroom student property just off the Lewes Road. We are living in this house at present and are now in need of two more occupants for the coming year. Our house is relatively laid back and relaxed, and we would prefer, therefore, to attract other students who are ideally looking for an easy going, friendly atmosphere. The current group is varied in terms of what we are in to, meaning that we are adaptable to a range of personalities. The house is in great condition with all double bedrooms of a reasonably spacious size. There are two shared kitchens, two toilets and two shower/bathroom areas as well as a living/social area. The location is excellent in terms of convenience (2 minute walk to bus stop and both Lewes Road and Elm Grove shops) and proximity (to central Brighton and the Universities) and we also have a relatively small garden area. Ideally, we would find people who like to find a balance between both the study and sociable sides of Uni life and would be more than happy to arrange a few meetings in order to get to know potential flatmates before making any commitments.
