Double room available in Brighton (September 2016)

We are a young professional house looking for a new housemate for a double room.

The house is located just off Bear Road close to all local amenities. There is free street parking and regular buses into the city center.

The house is spacious with a large living space and access to a conservatory running across the back of the house. We have a small garden and decked area which catches the sun all day during the summer.
There is also lots of storage space throughout which is shared.

During the evenings after work we can usually be found sat on the sofa watching movies or just talking.

The room is £422.50 a month and includes council tax.
This is a rental through an agency and there is an admin charge for referencing.
Both the letting agent and landlords are approachable and always helpful which can be hard to find.
