We are three post grad students (a couple and a single guy) looking for a 4th housemate in our large three bedroom flat. We have a gorgeous light double room available from the 1st of April (mid to end of March could possibly be arranged too); the room comes unfurnished but has a lot of built-in storage space for clothes and belongings. It is large enough for a double bed and a large desk; please see the photos. The flat has also been newly decorated and the landlord is prone to making further improvement to the properly.

The flat is spread across 3 floors and consists of:
Large lounge and dining room
Large kitchen
Balcony
Bathroom 1 - sink, toilet and shower
Bathroom 2 - Toilet, sink, (bath is currently being refurbished)
Available double bedroom - 2nd floor, facing away from the street

The property is in an excellent location on Preston road, just off London road and within 5 min walking distance of London road station and 2 min of the Preston circus bus stop. Convenience stores and take-away restaurants are nearby and one can easily walk into the lanes and central Brighton. The property is ideal for entertaining guests and relaxing with your lovely housemates. There is also a projector in the living room for watching films and gaming. We are open to having the occasional party/BBQ but the house is also ideal for providing a quiet and comfortable environment for study/work and there is a lot of social space so the house doesn’t feel crowded.

Ideally we are looking for another student. We are happy to live with non-students, but they will be responsible for paying council tax (with a 25% discount for being the only professional in the property).
