Urgently looking for someone to fill a spare double room in a houseshare. We are two students and one young professional hoping for someone to move in asap.
the house is right near London Road station. You can take a 15 minute bus ride into town from the bus stop at the bottom of the road, or take the train from London Road station, which is a 5 minute walk from the house, and that takes less than a minute to Brighton station. It's a double room upstairs, £360 a month including bills. Big garden also. We're looking for someone to take the room by the 20th March!!
You would need to stay until September, but if you require a shorter stay, let me know and we could maybe work something out.
We are all clean, friendly and sociable. However as one of us is in our final year of university and one of us is in full time employment we are by no means party animals.
