Double room in spacious 2 bed flat with parking

My current housemate will be moving back to Spain at the end of October and I'll be needing someone to replace her. A good sized unfurnished, double room, based in Seven Dials (5 min walk from the train station, 15 from town/beach) will be available from that date for a 6 month contract at £500 pcm (+bills which are just over £100 pcm).

I'm easy-going, clean and tidy, professional female, who's been working in Brighton for 4 years now. I love cooking (and eating of course!) so if you’re a foodie that would be amazing!

There's a parking space which is hard to come by in Brighton, a shared bathroom, kitchen, utility room and a living room. The flat is mostly furnished (from items that my previous housemate and I have bought together) so you’ll only really need bedroom furniture but happy for you to add any furnishings to the rest of the house too :) My current housemate is also selling all her furniture so that might be of interest too.

Looking for:
Another professional female, who's clean, tidy and fun! Also would be ideal if you work the usual 9-5 hours!

The pictures also don't do the room justice so it's definitely worth coming over to have a gander!
