Room available in a wonderful flat, five minutes walk from Brighton Station.

The room is light, airy, and can fit a double bed comfortably. It comes unfurnished but with an inbuilt wardrobe and shelving. It’s a stacked townhouse so each bedroom is on a different level, meaning lots of privacy and peace and quiet.

A very spacious yet cosy flat. There’s a large bathroom which you’d share with one other housemate (as other tenant has an en-suite), loads of communal storage space, a large living room with adjoining kitchen, and a sea view (just about!) Facilities include FREE fast speed wifi, a dishwasher, washing machine, huge fridge-freezer, gas cooker.

We need to find a new flatmate by March 12th at the latest so it's fairly urgent. We’re looking for someone who can move in as close to this date as possible. If you're not sure if that can work for you it's best to contact me and we'll figure out what can work.

The flat is in a very convenient spot, 5 minutes from Brighton Station, the North Laine and central Seven Dials, and 10 minutes walk from Churchill Square.

You’d be living with two lovely creative girls in their twenties. Both are very considerate and friendly, interests include art, dancing, cooking, charity, politics travel and more! This would be an amazing place to live for a friendly, thoughtful person.
