Double bedroom to let in four bed student house share. Other housemates include two third year students and one masters student - all at Sussex University.

The house has an open plan kitchen living area, modern bathroom with large shower and patio garden. It is just off Lewes road with good access to both universities by bus. There are plenty of shops, pubs, takeaways, cafes nearby and the Level is just around the corner.

I am regrettably moving due to financial reasons as I am no longer a student and cannot afford life here as a graduate, If I could afford it I would definitely stay as this is a great house with awesome people. My room would include a wardrobe, desk, bed and mattress. Message me for any questions :)
