We have a large bright double room available in our family house, it is BIG (pictures dont show how big), has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, TV (Sky, Netflix & Disney+) and ample storage.. It has views of the hills and gets lots of light. The area is peaceful :) The walk to bus stop is less than two mins & Stanmer is a nice 10 minute walk away.

The kitchen is ample and in the bathroom we have a shower cubicle & a bathtub.

Downstairs there’s an extra loo. There’s good central heating, WiFi, a washing machine and dishwasher.
Free on street parking as well.

We are a friendly family - Myself, husband and our family dog. We love spending our time reading, relaxing in the garden during the warmer weather, watching films/TV series, listening to music, board games and going on walks with the dog. (That's just a few things 🤣)

My husband and i both work full time (mon-fri), although i typically work from home one day a week, we tend to walk our dog every evening, then cook together whilst listening to music or watching TV.

Although there isn't a shared living room, there is a dining room where we can all sit and have a coffee if your socialble or play board games...😍 (I love board games)

We are looking for a likeminded working professional or an ambitious student, who has a good work routine and a positive outlook. We’d prefer someone who is self sufficient, has their own stuff going on, but doesn't mind the occassional cuppa & chat (or if you like board games a game or two).

We seek a housemate who is friendly, who’ll clean up after themselves, be considerate and respect the place as a home.
