Large Double Room In Student House £90pw
I'm looking for someone to take my room in a 4 bed student house from around April/May (date negotiable, haven't got a move out date yet) until the end of August.
It's a really big room (sorry for the mess in the photos) I have a LOT of stuff in there, and room for a sofa and extra furniture. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe & desk (and I might be leaving my sofa-bed there). The other three housemates are a boy and two girls and are all second year students at Sussex.
It's off Coombe road and the 25 bus goes from the bottom of the hill to and from uni. It is a 10 minute walk up the hill from the bus stop but it's definitely worth it for such a nice room at £90pw.
You would need to pay a security deposit for the house which you'll get back in August and have a guarantor.
