We rent our room from 15 April to 2 May. For the 17 days the price is 400 for the both. Everything is included (internet, water, electricity and washing machine). We'll ask you a deposit of 150 pounds for security. Then it will be given back directly when we will take back the keys. No extra money and no agency fee.
Recommended for 2 people.
The flat is only 2 min walking to bus stop and 5 min to London road.
You will share the flat with two nice people, a Spanish lady and a Indian guy.
