Couple of rooms available in a large, shared house

It's a nice, simple shared house.

The double room is on the 2nd floor, it was converted many years ago into the attic. You have the door to your room at the foot of your own stairway. There's a lot of storage space up there, too.

The house has broadband Internet throughout, and SKY tv in the living room. We have a really nice garden, over three levels, and a puppy named Toby.

Students would not be suitable unless you have a particularly good reference, but even then, the landlord and housemates preference is for a working professional.

Everyone is pretty easy-going and the house is nice, but nothing spectacular so please don't come for a viewing if you're looking for either something very modern, or something in the City Centre. We live just by the main Brighton Bus Garage, on Lewes Road, but we are at the top of a hill so be warned, it'll keep you fit! The views at sunrise and sunset are fantastic, but you do kinda pay for that with the walk up the hill.

There are buses every few minutes that go to the seafront and the city centre from Lewes Road (bottom of our hill) and if you don't want to walk up the hill there is a bus every 30minutes that will take you from the bottom of Coombe Road to the top of our hill, and we have lots of unrestricted parking all around here so if you drive you don't need a permit or anything.

All bills are included in your rent, so it's a pretty good deal.
