Double room on London Road!

Room available in friendly, recently-refurbished flat on London Road.

My flatmate Ollie and I are looking for a flatmate for our 3 bedroom place on London Road. We’re looking for an easy-going, clean person who is up for socialising and sharing a beer in the evenings. The flat is working professionals (we both work full-time) and is not a student flat.

The double room has plenty of floor space and has a bed on a raised mezzanine platform. The room is unfurnished so you will need to provide your own furniture, including a mattress. The flat also comes with a new bathroom and kitchen, including a new washing machine. In addition to the large room there is storage space though that is shared between the 3 of us and the landlord. The flat also comes with a roof terrace with decking – perfect for hanging out on summer evenings.

Location is very close to London Road shops and 2 minute walk from Brighton station.

The landlords are great and very easy to get hold of. We see them from time to time and they want us to keep a clean professional’s household.
The room is available as our last flat-mate is leaving Brighton. Because of this, we’re looking for someone to move in as soon as they can! Ideally early-mid April.
