Hey guys we are a house of 7 girls currently but 1 of us is going on a year abroad so we are looking for someone else to join us.
We live at 57 Brading road, one of the roads off Elm Grove.
We are all in our second year at the moment all studying a mixture of subjects. Rent will be £110 a week plus bills which works out to be about an extra £20 (including electricity, gas and wifi but doesn't include water.) the tenancy will start from mid July.
The room up for rent has a double bed, sink, wardrobe and desk and has space for other things too.
The house has three floors and your room would be on the third floor. The kitchen/living area is very spacious with two sofas and a dining table. We also have three toilets and two showers, one of the toilets being on your floor. We also have a nice outside area. Parking is free and does not require a permit.
