3 chilled out students looking for a buddy!

I know this is very late notice but someone has had to drop out of our house and we need to find a replacement by 1st of August! It's a stunning house right by London Road Station so perfect for getting to Moulsecoomb and Falmer; it's also walking distance to the other campus' in Brighton city. The location is Clyde Road. The house itself has a pretty big living room with space for 2 sofas, a tv and bookcase easily. The kitchen is being completely refitted before we move in and is big enough for a dining room table as well as lots of cupboards. There is a separate utility room that comes with a washer and drier. There is a cute garden (not big but has a patio and grass) which gets the sun all day when it shines! As for us we are 3 second years who like to chill out, watch movies and occasionally crack out a good night in town. We like to play music and have snuggles. The room available is a spacious double room. The rent is £110 per week and the move in date is the 19th of September. Message me for extra details.
