hello, we have a lovely single room available in our large family home in the Preston Park area of Brighton (BN1).
The house is a few minutes walk to central Brighton/beach or to Preston Park/London road train stations.
Brighton and Sussex universities are a short bus ride away and the bus stop is opposite our road.
We consider any lengths of contract and we offer rent as self-catering or half-board. The room will be available again from mid August.
Wifi plus all normal bills are included.
