Must See Large Double Room In Awesome House

We have a large unfurnished double room becoming available towards the end of October. The room is light and airy with wooden floors (under floor heating) and an open fire.

The house is modern, clean and tidy with nice homely and friendly vibes. We have a large comfy lounge, huge kitchen with gas, dishwasher, two fridge freezers and sliding doors which open out to our garden / decked area.

The bathroom has a great bath, rain shower and bidet and there is also another two toilets.

We have a washing machine, loads of storage around the house, under floor heating throughout, WiFi throughout, Netflix and loads of other bits to wow at ;)

We have a lovely cafe and pub either side of the house so breakfasts, lunches, roasts and relaxing drink are just on the door step. We are also less than a 5 minute walk from 7 dials which has shops, more pubs, restaurants etc.

You can walk to Brighton train station in about 10-15 mins and into town in around 20. The number 7 bus passes through 7 dials and runs every 7 minutes from the hospital in Kemp Town all the way into the deepest darkest depths of Hove.

We are currently two females and a male, all friendly and fun working professionals. We all like to cook, hangout and watch a movie from time to time but also respect each others privacy and alone time. We are all pretty tidy and clean and share responsibility for keeping the house looking nice.

We are looking for either an individual or a couple to take the room on the 26th October. You must be clean and tidy yourself, down to earth, friendly and fun and MUST like cats as we have three very loving, house trained furry females.
