This bright and sunny double aspect room with own toilet has the top floor of our friendly family home on the outskirts of Brighton with lovely views of the Downs. Fully carpeted and centrally heated, this contemporary room has a small double bed and ample storage space, as well as space for studying and relaxing. You have shared use of the family lounge, kitchen, bathroom and dining room and access to the south-facing garden.

Located in Patcham, the house is close to the 5B, 5 and 5A bus routes which go into central Brighton and Hove every 10 minutes during the day as well as a convenient bus route to the university campuses at Falmer and is close to the A23/A27 with easy and free on-street parking. Patcham is also convenient for buses to West Sussex and a coach link to Gatwick. There is a range of local shops, cash point, library and dentist within easy walking distance and supermarket 1/2 mile away.

The room is quiet and peaceful and with good wifi would suit a student, academic or professional who enjoys the company of an elderly dog. As we are an all-female household we are looking for another female to share with us, single occupancy only.

I welcome short-term lets as well as those wanting to stay longer and can provide bedding and towels for an additional charge.
