Double room available in 3-bed house in Fiveways area of Brighton, to share with just one other.

The house has a west facing garden, free on-street parking, a bus stop over the road, 20 min walk to town, 20 min walk to the downs.

One double room available, furnished with a small double bed and new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (there is also storage under the bed as it's an ottoman).

There is also a large kitchen/diner, living room, and a shared bathroom with bath and shower over.

It's a 3 bedroom end of terrace house, with double glazing and gas central heating with combi boiler, The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and plenty of cupboard space.

All bills included, with fair use. Short or long lets considered. Cleaning is extra and not included.

I'm a professional female. I enjoy keeping fit, eating healthy, and being outdoors - I cycle and horse ride. I don't smoke or drink. I'm pretty quiet at home, clean and tidy, and I'm considerate of others.

I work from home and need the house to be quiet when I'm working, so someone who goes out to work during the week would be best. I also have two large dogs and an indoor cat, so you'll need to be ok with animals.
