👥 We are looking for a student to join our house in Coldean. We are four students in our early twenties, 1 girl and 3 boys, looking to replace our soon to be graduate housemate. We're a very chilled house, you can expect a relaxed, friendly environment. We all enjoy an evening at our local pub or a movie night!

- Double bed
- Washer and dryer
- Two bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with enough fridge and freezer space for everyone
- Shared TV in our comfy living room
- Parking space and room in the garage for bicycles
- An office space to do uni work
- Lovely outdoor deck for BBQs in the summer
- The house is also right next to a bus stop which has key routes into town and to the universities
