Double Room, Denton Village
We have a spacious fully furnished double room, with adjoining bathroom, available in our house in Denton village next to Newhaven. The house is a converted barn with four bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. We also have a large newly fitted kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a large open plan lounge/dining room.
We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac where parking is no problem, five minutes from the Brighton to Eastbourne bus stop and fifteen minutes from Newhaven train station.
Currently, we are the sole occupants (apart from our two cats!) although we do have friends and family to visit sometimes.
We are looking for someone sociable but discrete, who would not invade the house but share it with respect.
£450.00 per month includes all household bills, internet etc.
