The house is warm and it has a central heating.
The ensuite is fitted with toilet, basin, shower and storage.
The kitchen is fully fitted (cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine).
The washing line is in the garden.
Free parking is available out of the property’s.
Students are welcome and short term lets considered .
