The room is really spacious and bright. It’s fully furnished. It’s situated on the third floor at the back of the property, south facing.

The flat is very large. It's a period building with big windows and high ceilings, spread over 3 storeys. There's a living room, a big kitchen breakfast room, one shared bathroom and a separate toilet. It's located in Little Chelsea, 5 minutes' walk from the station and the town centre, with many amenities on the doorstep.

There is no off-street parking and it’s permits or metered parking in the road with permit prices dependant vehicle emissions.

The rent includes all bills, within reason and subject to energy price rises. If you’re a home worker who wants the heating on all day then there would be additional contributions.

There are 2 long-haired house cats which means there are litter boxes and a some fluff. The cats won’t go in your room though. If you’re not an animal lover or if you’re allergic then this isn’t the place for you.
