Double room - shared tenancy

Hi all

This is a two bed professional home. My lovely friend/previous house mate whos circumstances has change has had to move out sadly. Currently looking for a replacement housemate whos clean and respectful. Would need to be someone with an income as I do not own the property so would be a shared tenancy.

Its a lovely place, right in the heart of Eastbourne, with an available parking space no more than 5 minutes walk from any transport links. Its within a small gated mews with lovely neighbours. A walled garden with a lawn and side access with storage for a bike. It has a downstairs toilet, sunny kitchen, spacious lounge, two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The council tax band is D, however, I've included Bills as well to make it an easy transition even though its a shared tenancy bills will be paid via me not through the landlord.

A little about me. I'm a professional tailor who is single, i spend my free time either at home in my bedroom or out in town with my friends. Friends say I'm very easy to talk to, conscientious and get along well with people.
