The house is situated in the Rodmill area, near to the pub, hospital, Sussex Downs College, local shops and bus stop and several local schools.

On street parking available.

We have several pets who are all house trained and wouldnt object to certain pets if you had them providing they were house trained.

Would suit student or lively out going person, we are a warm fun loving family who would welcome the right person into our family. We do have a busy house hold which doesnt suit everyone but for the right person would be great. We are looking for the perfect lodger for us who would welcome a household like ours, We have varies hobbies and interests.

For anyone that has divorced and maybe has children we would welcome them on access days also if needed
