A big single bedroom for rent, seafront area.

Hi; we are a two member Spanish family, although my son is bilingual (English-Spanish) and my English is fine.
We live in a very nice area of Eastbourne, very close to the sea, gym, supermarkets, and the fresh fish shop at the seafront. Bus stop is nearby and there is plenty of parking space on the road.
Our lovely flat is a ground floor. The bedroom is in an impecable condition and it´s very light. It contains a bunk bed (which can be converted into a single one), a double wardrobe, a desk and a chair, a bedsite table and shelves, so it would suit a single person as well as two people. We are very independent as I work all day long and my son spends the day either with his friends at school or in his bedroom. If you are interested to meet us, don´t hesitate. See you soon!
