Lovely room available

Hi everybody,

A lovely room is going to be available soon (17th of May but flexible) in a friendly house on Clarence road. Unfortunately I have to leave my room because of my job.

The room available is:

- A very spacious double room with a wardrobe with loads of storage space, a big desk, a double bed and huge windows allowing plenty of sun during the day. + an ensuite shower. This goes for £340 pcm (excluding bills but they are usually pretty cheap as they are divided between the 4 people).

No agency fees and a deposit of £250.

About the house:

There is a nice spacious living area with two sofas and and a big tables with chairs. The kitchen comes with all the cooking utilities so you don't need to provide your own and there is also a washing machine and a tumble drier. There is a bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen.

There is a beautiful terrace with a great potential for nice barbecues over the summer!

The house is in a very convenient spot. It's only 10 minutes from Eastbourne town centre.

Who you will be living with:
3 very nice guys who love speaking and sharing meals.
