The room has a small double wardrobe, bedside unit/set of drawers and book shelf. It faces the back of the house, away from traffic and measures 185x270cm. It’s quite a small room and would be ideal for someone without too much clutter.

There is a shared kitchen with a washing machine and your own storage space. A shared lounge with reclining leather sofas and wall-mounted 50 inch TV with YouView. Fibre optic broadband internet is also available.

There is one shared bathroom, a small yard at the back of the house and street parking available (no permit required).

The house is very close to the town. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station, the town centre and the seafront. There are also bus stops across the road. The Arndale Centre (commercial shopping centre) is even closer.

Looking for the usual; a tenant who is clean, tidy and generally considerate of others. No DSS, pets or children.
