Hello!

Thanks for having a look at our lovely flat. We live in a beautiful, bright and spacious, three-bedroom, Edwardian first-floor flat in the Saffron's area of Eastbourne. The flat is just a few minutes walk from the station, bus stops, local convenience stores, pubs and town centre. Currently living in our flat are professionals, Luke, Charli and Christian. Christian will be moving out soon and we're looking for another male or female to come join our awesome flat.

The room is a great size with high ceilings, lots of storage space with heaps of light coming in through the large sash windows. The flat is very clean and full of character with an amazing floor to ceiling stained glass window in our lounge, which looks incredible all-year-round.

The rent is £450pcm including all bills which is so good for the size of the room and this area of town, which by the way is very quiet considering our convenient location! There is free parking outside on our road and our street is full of friendly neighbours.

A little bit about our flat and us:
Luke and Christian are old pals and have previously lived with Emily, Carla, Paddy and Charli. After just under a year in the flat, Emily opted for a new life and midwifery job in London with her boyfriend. Despite this, she still insists our flat is the best flat she’s ever had! Our next flatmate was Carla who settled in immediately and the three of us happily lived together for about a year and a half. She reluctantly moved out to find a place suitable for a cat. Paddy was with us for two years before moving in with his partner and starting a family. Charli has been at the flat since January and has been an amazing addition to the place, fitting right in.

Included is: Unlimited Broadband Wifi, Sky TV, Bathroom and separate WC, Washing Machine, Free street parking, a couple of easy-going housemates and all in an amazing location!
