Lovely bright large double room

Hi, I'm a friendly, laid back, 33yr old professional looking for someone like minded to share with.

The flat is in the Harbour, 2 mins away from the beach and 5 minutes from Asda, the cinema, bars and restaurants.

The flat is bright, spacious, and comfortable, with unlimited Wifi, Smart TV, modern kitchen with dishwasher, balcony off the living room, plus the flat has both an en suite (my room) and a family bathroom, so you'd pretty much have sole use of the family bathroom. The room is really big and has a king size bed, table next to the bed, built in triple wardrobe and you'd be free to bring in any other furniture you want to.

I work in Brighton, so prefer to keep things pretty quiet during the week, but would like to find someone social, laid back and fun, who enjoys a cheeky glass of wine after a long day - so if that sounds like you, then feel free to get in touch. I'd like whoever ends up moving in to feel like it's their home too.

The room is £500PCM including all bills, broadband, council tax etc.
